    Thanks Darren for the heads-up. I haven’t been able to login for over a week. Followed your directions (although I didn’t see anything about accepting a new policy) and sure enough, I can log in now. Not sure how you found out about this, but I never would have thought to try this.

    Just wanted to say thanks for this. I tried it and it worked like a charm. No way I would have ever figured this out! I never login to my Xbox account online.

    I logged into Xbox.com but I don’t see where to accept new policy. Where did you go to find that?

    I don’t think accept new policy is always there, I actually logged into live.com initially and there was an accept new policy message, then I logged into Xbox.com and the DOB question was there.

    So it may just be DOB to enter, was that an option when you went to Xbox.com?

  8. I can’t find the prompt for accepting the new policy. I entered my DOB on xbox.com but can’t find this policy anywhere, on live.xbox.com, xboxlive.com, or xbox.com. Can anyone help?

    Thank you so much! I hadn’t been able to figure this out all weekend and now i finally have xbox live again. Xbox has really disappointed me recently
